Location Task

1. Produce four portraits.

2. To be completed this afternoon in class, at CIT Reid campus.

3. The emphasis is on the portrait and the background of the portrait.

4. Use direct flash for the first shot. Use flash bounced off the ceiling for the second portrait.

Use flash bounced off a coloured wall for the third portrait. Use flash bounced off a white wall

for the last portrait.

Think about composition and what is in your background. Are there distracting colours or

elements? Can you use some architecture to frame your person?

5. You can use fellow classmates as models.

i think this shot has used bounce flash because, there are shadows underneath the nose indicating that the light has come from above and her catch lights are quite high in the eye, indicating that the flash was above the subject...
